Check-in
Please take your name holder at the reception (5th floor).
We will send a final program with abstract before the seminar. There is no printed program.
Oral presentations
Presentations (long talks) are 30 min with 15 min discussion/free talks (e.g. 40 min presentation plus 5 min discussion)
Presentations (young researcher) are 10 to 15 min with 5 min discussion.
Dinners
23rd. —- at — (alcohol is not covered by the seminar, please order alcohol by yourself).
24th. — at viola dinning in HIroshima university (no alcohol available…).
If you have a food allergy or prefer vegetarian diet, please inform to hashimoy@hiroshima-u.ac.jp.
Poster instruction
The posters should be in portrait with 85 cm in width x 120 cm in height. A0 size is the best option.
The posters are expected to be displayed on the poster boards in R401 (coffee break room) on 24th.
